Standard delivery in Canada
Standard delivery is free everywhere in Canada for eligible stickers. Eligible orders are shipped via Canada Post Lettermail., without tracking number. There is no minimum purchase amount for this option. The applicable fees for your order will be confirmed at checkout.
Manufacturing and preparation
Each sticker is manufactured within a timeframe of 1 business day. This refers to the production time, which is separate from shipping. Shipping occurs after the order has been prepared. An additional delay may apply before the package is picked up by Canada Post.
Estimated delivery times by letter post
- Local delivery: 2 business days after deposit.
- Within the province: 3 business days after deposit.
- At the national level: 4 business days after deposit.
These standards published by Canada Post are indicative and not guaranteed. They exclude the day of posting; holidays, remote areas, and postal service disruptions may extend delivery times. Consult the Canada Post's official delivery standards.
Delivery with tracking
Free standard delivery does not include tracking. If a paid option with tracking is offered, its price will be displayed before payment.
Delay or mail not received
Contact us at commandes@bebeabord.ca Please provide your order number if your order is delayed or has not arrived. Lack of tracking does not reduce your legal rights.
